After a background detailing Mike's credentials (or lack of). Mike will go through a description of Greenland and what needs to be addressed when dealing with logistics out there. From there he'll go through the preparation for the expedition including sponsorship, support and funding followed by a chronological breakdown of the trip including storms, bad weather, broken tents, icebergs, whales and bears. Threaded through will be his thoughts on expedition food and immersing yourself in the environment of the expedition, becoming part of the landscape as opposed to an alien visitor. A slideshow with some amazing, & hopefully inspiring pics and videos will backdrop the talk. Mike will then chat about future plans and then open up to a Q&A session.
